The cause of this fire still remains a mystery, with Yamaha officials opting to keep silent on this matter. The right side of the R15 was damaged by the fire, with the fairing charred. One of the possible reasons for the fire could be the leakage of fuel from the fuel tank or after re-fueling. Thankfully no one was hurt.</p>
